The windshield and rear window had quite a bit of rusted through areas where the glass layed. In addition, on the back window where the roof line and sail panel met the window opening previous repairs had used a hammer to beat the metal down and then built back up with filler.
I removed rusted areas of the window bed and sidewall and made new pieces to weld back in. I also pulled out the areas that had been beat down and built up with filler.
I decided to lead in these areas for strength which worked out really well (see pic 6).

Window bed and sidewall will be removed and new metal welded in. Sail panel will get pulled out as good as possible and then a layer of lead will be added
